1. The grounding terminal of the host must have a reliable (earth) grounding wire;
2. Do not frequently and quickly turn on or off the power switch.
3. The high-voltage cable between the nozzle and the host should be routed naturally and should not bend at large angles;
4. Pay attention to protecting the cables and prevent sharp objects from cutting the insulation layer of high-voltage cables;
5. Do not touch the sprayed plasma flame on the human body, otherwise it may cause electric shock or burns.
6. The required air source pressure for the machine to work must be stable. If the pressure is too high or too low, it will affect the plasma spraying state and even cause the machine to alarm until it goes out.
7. The air source used must be clean compressed air that has been treated with oil and water.
