Feeding Section

Pre-Folding Section

Pre-Folder:Various box patterm adjustment are available.
The first creasing line 180°and the third creasing line 135°can be easily made.

Bottom Lock

Bottom Lock:Pre-assembled folding hook units and the electonic type of rear folder can secure short make-ready time for the change and production of various box types and can fold boxes accurately.

Folding Section

Folde:This section is formed by the upper and the lower pressing belts ,the tuming belt and the folding knives.It is mainly usedfor the folding of the second  and the fouth creasing line.The glue can be spreadevenly.The production of small single side boxes can also be made smoothly.

Trombone Section

Trombone Section:Transit the paper straight and stably to the pile.

Conveyor Section

Conveyor Section:The Pressure is by Air-Cylinder.It canbe pressurized accordingly.it can offer the final product more perfectly and nicely.

Ezpack Semi-auto Erector

This device is Semi-auto collecting table that could optimized run for small sizes.
The device speed synchronization with Pressure Conveyor with arrival box stream.it convert erectly the box stream for operator could easily bundle pick to packing.
