Alignment Module

Detection section

Excluding section

Imported high-speed CCD camera for real-time capture,and compare with the standard samle.
The principle of the detection system,pick genuine,authentic only by removing device can,if not meet the conditions ,are regarded as waste removed to ensure genuine no waste.

Folding Section

Stabilization device for corrugated blanks that control folding belt stable running ,improved control of "trumpet" effects.

This device is Semi-auto collecting table that could optimized run for small sizes.
The device speed synchronization with Pressure Conveyor with arrival box stream.it convert erectly the box stream for operator could easily bundle pick to packing.
